Online Consultant

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing customer support and assistance via online platforms such as chat, email, and social media. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various online channels
- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers on products or services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies
- Meet or exceed set targets for customer satisfaction, resolution time, and quality of service

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Customer Service Representative or Online Consultant
- Excellent written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding solutions for customers' needs
- Familiarity with online platforms such as chat programs, email clients, social media sites, etc.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed

Salary: 1100 USD per month (for part-time work)
Location: Kolding (or remote)
Visa sponsorship provided if necessary.
