Job Title: Online Consultant

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through online communication channels. This includes responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service recommendations. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all interactions with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with the company's offerings.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a strong understanding of customer service principles. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset is essential for success in this role. Previous experience in a customer service or sales environment is preferred but not required.

This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month, located in the vibrant city of Kolding. While previous experience is valued, we are open to candidates without prior experience who are eager to learn and grow in this role.
