We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team in El-Ain, Egypt. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to traditional recipes and our company's standards. This is a full-time position that requires experience in baking and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods in ovens or on grills
- Decorate cakes and pastries with icing or other toppings
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Clean work area, equipment, and tools after each shift
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Comply with food safety guidelines and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or training is preferred
- Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef
- Knowledge of baking techniques and methods
- Understanding of proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Good time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
