Architecture Manager

Our architectural firm in Esbjerg is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to oversee our team of architects and manage the design and construction of various projects. As our ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in architecture, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire architectural process, from concept development to project completion, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and support staff
- Oversee all aspects of the architectural process, including concept development, design, planning, construction documents, and project management
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Ensure that all projects adhere to building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay within budget and meet deadlines
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is proceeding according to plans
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in architecture with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Extensive knowledge of architecture principles, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards throughout the entire architectural process
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws in Esbjerg (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects in Esbjerg
- Biometric passport (or willingness to obtain one)
- Knowledge of Danish language and culture (not a requirement, but a plus)

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month, along with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
