Plasterboard Worker

As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and repairing plasterboard walls and ceilings in residential and commercial buildings. You will work with a team of other skilled tradespeople to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut plasterboard to fit specific dimensions
- Install plasterboard using various techniques, including screwing, nailing, or gluing
- Repair damaged or uneven surfaces with filler or joint compound
- Finish surfaces by smoothing out imperfections, sanding, and applying coats of paint or wallpaper
- Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear while working
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient project completion

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Plasterboard Worker or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of plasterboard materials and installation techniques
- Ability to accurately measure and cut plasterboard to fit specific dimensions
- Knowledge of finishing techniques such as sanding and painting
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials if necessary
- Willingness to work full-time hours on a regular schedule

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this full-time position. Payment will be made on a monthly basis.
