Job Title: Seasonal Concierge in Kolding, Denmark


We are hiring a Seasonal Concierge to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This is a seasonal position for all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or other activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
- Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled promptly

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Knowledge of Kolding and surrounding areas preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
This is a seasonal position with a salary of 1100$ per month.
