Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Wiltz. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to move materials, level land, and perform other construction tasks. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to job site requirements
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and complete projects on time
- Complete daily logs and reports as required

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions in English
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
