Architecture Manager
Location: Eschen, Liechtenstein



We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the architectural design and construction of various projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and designers in the development of architectural plans, drawings, and specifications
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget
- Develop project timelines and budgets
- Ensure that all designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are accurately executed
- Review and approve materials, finishes, and construction techniques
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of architectural principles, design techniques, building codes, and construction methods
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other 3D modeling software
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

We offer competitive salary packages based on qualifications and experience. This is a full-time position for an Indian national who is willing to relocate to Eschen. No English language skills are required for this job.
