Job Title: Handyman


As a handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and repair of buildings and facilities. This includes tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and general maintenance. You will work closely with other maintenance staff to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and repairing damaged structures
- Conduct inspections to identify any issues or potential problems
- Install fixtures and equipment as needed
- Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs completed
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all work areas
- Communicate effectively with other staff members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient use of time

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods of time
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and general maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
