A reputable coffee shop in Sharjah is seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. This job is open to candidates from Canada and Nepal, and no English proficiency is required. This is a temporary position with a salary of 1700$. The ideal candidate must have previous experience as a Barista and be able to work without accommodation. We will also provide free visa and ticket for the selected candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages according to company standards
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee shop and equipment
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Upsell additional products or services to customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
