Restaurant Manager - Ar Rumaythiyah, Kenya
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Ar Rumaythiyah, Kenya. You will ensure that our customers receive high-quality service and have an enjoyable dining experience. Your duties will include managing staff, creating work schedules, monitoring inventory and supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and leadership skills. You must also be able to multitask and work well under pressure. Experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant
- Train and supervise staff
- Create work schedules for employees
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service
- Address any customer complaints or issues promptly

Requirements:
