ESL Teacher (Indian/Foreigner)
We are seeking dynamic and passionate ESL Teachers to join our team in Shan, China. As an ESL Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging English language lessons to students of various ages and levels. This position is suitable for both Indian and foreign candidates who are fluent in English and have a strong understanding of grammar and pronunciation. Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative and interactive lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to enhance students' language skills
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practices
- Participate in school events, such as open houses or parent-teacher conferences

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Strong understanding of grammar rules and pronunciation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Patient, flexible, and enthusiastic about teaching
- Previous teaching experience is a plus
