Our convenience store in Braga is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling all financial transactions accurately and efficiently, while providing friendly and helpful customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a smile and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Scan items, collect payments, and provide change to customers
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively
- Maintain clean and organized checkout areas
- Ensure all products are correctly priced and labeled
- Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels
- Follow all store policies and procedures to maintain security of cash

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Cashier or in a similar role preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (if student, must be currently enrolled)
- Basic math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Friendly personality with strong customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be available to work flexible shifts including weekends
