IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of all information technology systems within our company. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the security and functionality of our systems, and staying up-to-date on the latest technology trends.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the company's information technology systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals and delegate tasks as needed
- Ensure the security and functionality of all systems
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and implement new technologies as needed
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and protocols
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and services
- Train employees on new technology systems or updates
- Create budgets for IT projects and manage expenses within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and security protocols
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively
- Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships is preferred

Location: Esbjerg, Denmark (accommodation provided if needed)
Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Visa/Work Permit: Company will assist with obtaining a work permit for non-EU applicants.
