Sales Manager
Location: Moscow, Russia
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Moscow. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to drive sales and revenue growth for our company. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and monitoring the performance of your team. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve their performance
- Monitor the performance of the sales team and provide feedback to improve results
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competition analysis
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Sales Manager or Team Leader
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team towards success
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian (Nepali language proficiency is a plus)
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience in developing effective sales strategies based on market trends and competition analysis
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
