Handyman - Contract Position (For Pakistani Nationals in Salalah)


We are in need of a skilled and reliable handyman to join our team on a contract basis in Salalah. As a handyman, your main responsibility will be to assist with general maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This includes fixing plumbing and electrical issues, repairing furniture and equipment, and completing basic carpentry work. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a handyman, possess strong technical skills, and be able to work independently. You must also have your own valid visa for employment in Salalah.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and minor repairs
- Inspecting properties for any damages or issues that require repairs
- Identifying the root cause of maintenance problems and providing effective solutions
- Repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems as needed
- Installing new equipment or fixtures when necessary
- Completing basic carpentry work such as building shelves or repairing furniture
- Assisting with landscaping tasks such as mowing lawns and trimming bushes
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience working as a handyman or in a similar role
- Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs effectively
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electricity, and carpentry
- Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
