We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and managing the construction of various commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences for commercial building projects
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for commercial building projects
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is implemented accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on the progress of their project
- Address any issues or challenges that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience working as an architect in commercial building projects
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
