IT Manager
We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to join our growing team in Horsens. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology systems and processes within our company, ensuring their efficiency and effectiveness in meeting business needs. You will also be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and collaborating with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that support our overall goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the company's technology strategy, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of all technology systems, ensuring their security, functionality, and availability
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and develop solutions to support their objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of information technology systems and processes
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple departments
- Familiarity with security protocols and data protection regulations
