Locksmith Technician

A reputable locksmith company in Roskilde is seeking a skilled Locksmith Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the locksmith industry and possess excellent technical skills. As a Locksmith Technician, you will be responsible for providing a variety of lock and key services to our clients, including but not limited to lock installations, repairs, and replacements. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of services provided and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and replace various types of locks
- Cut keys for various types of locks using key-cutting machines
- Respond to emergency lockout situations promptly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and materials used
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from clients
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology related to locksmith services

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a locksmith or similar role preferred
- Proficient in using key-cutting machines and other tools used in the trade
- Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot various lock-related issues
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs) and work in various weather conditions
