Civil Engineer - Building and Construction Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop building plans based on project requirements and specifications
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any potential issues
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure completion within set parameters
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and other relevant regulations
- Oversee construction activities to ensure quality workmanship
- Perform regular inspections to identify any potential defects or hazards
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers or construction workers as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in building design or construction
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and relevant regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Additional Information:
