We are searching for a proactive and detail-oriented Moderator to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online discussions and interactions to ensure they align with our community guidelines and values.

Key responsibilities:
- Review user-generated content to ensure it meets our community guidelines
- Engage with users and respond to inquiries or concerns in a timely and respectful manner
- Monitor and moderate comments, posts, and messages on various social media platforms
- Identify potential issues or conflicts and take appropriate action to resolve them
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for promoting positive engagement within the community
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online moderation

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain professionalism while dealing with sensitive topics
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and their moderation tools
- Experience in community management or online moderation is preferred but not required
