Construction Project Manager

As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects in the city of Vejle, Denmark. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule. Your main duties will include creating project plans, managing budgets and resources, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop project plans and timelines to ensure timely completion of construction projects
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify any potential issues or delays
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Prepare progress reports for senior management

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and contract management
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
- Proficiency in project management software
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (Danish language skills preferred)
