A popular coffee shop in Salalah is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers with speed and efficiency while maintaining the highest level of quality. We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, has exceptional customer service skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers as they enter the coffee shop and assist them in selecting their beverage of choice
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop by regularly cleaning work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Operate cash register to process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from customers promptly
- Upsell additional products or menu items to increase sales

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Malayalam (Malayalee preferred)
- Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role is required
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and latte art is preferred but not required
