Restaurant Manager - Plovdiv, Bulgaria

Our restaurant is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Create and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain financial records and prepare reports on sales and expenses
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items or make changes to existing ones
- Plan and oversee special events or promotions to attract customers
- Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Proven track record of increasing profitability in previous positions
