Floral Designer
We are a floral design company located in Braga and we are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various events and occasions. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, selecting the perfect flowers and foliage, and using your artistic skills to bring their ideas to life.

Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to discuss their needs, preferences, and budget
- Use your knowledge of different types of flowers and foliage to suggest suitable options
- Create unique designs for bouquets, centerpieces, corsages, and other floral arrangements
- Source high-quality flowers from local suppliers or importers
- Prepare flowers by removing thorns, trimming stems, and arranging them in vases or containers
- Use various techniques such as wiring, taping, gluing, or tying to secure the arrangement
- Add decorative elements such as ribbons, crystals or feathers to enhance the design
- Ensure that all finished arrangements are of high quality and meet the client's expectations
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design and incorporate them into your work

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role in a professional setting
- In-depth knowledge of different types of flowers, foliage, and their properties
- Strong artistic skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and understand their preferences
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box
- Knowledge of different techniques used in floral design
- Good time-management skills
- Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings as needed
