Office Manager - Braga, Portugal
Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Braga, Portugal. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in office management and must be able to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a strong understanding of office procedures and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the office, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining office supplies.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Monitor and maintain office budget, including tracking expenses and processing invoices.
- Assist with HR duties such as onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and coordinating training sessions.
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in office management or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English. Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
