Interpreter (English/Hindi) - Acre, Israel



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interpreter to join our team in Acre, Israel. This is a contract job with a salary of 1800$, providing English interpretation from Hindi for business meetings, conferences, and other events. The ideal candidate must have exceptional fluency in both English and Hindi, with the ability to accurately convey meaning and tone in both languages.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide simultaneous interpretation from English to Hindi and vice versa during business meetings, conferences, and other events
- Maintain accuracy and clarity in interpreting complex concepts and technical terminology
- Act as a cultural liaison between English-speaking representatives and Hindi-speaking clients or colleagues
- Prepare relevant materials for interpretation assignments, such as glossaries or subject-specific vocabulary lists
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in both English and Hindi
- Proven experience as an interpreter in a professional setting
- Strong understanding of cultural nuances and sensitivities related to language interpretation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to different accents, dialects, or speaking styles
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel for assignments within Israel if necessary

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Translation/Interpretation or a related field
- Certification from a recognized institution for interpretation proficiency
- Experience working with Indian clients or businesses
