Preservation Architect
As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures in the city of Esbjerg. Your main duties will include conducting site evaluations, developing preservation plans, and overseeing restoration projects. You will also collaborate with other architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all preservation work is carried out in compliance with local regulations and standards.
To excel in this role, you must have a degree in Architecture or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in historic preservation. A strong understanding of architectural styles and construction methods from different time periods is essential. You must also possess excellent project management skills and the ability to work within budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site evaluations to assess the condition of historical buildings
- Develop preservation plans that adhere to local regulations and standards
- Oversee restoration projects to ensure quality workmanship
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers and contractors
- Review construction plans and drawings to identify potential issues
- Monitor project progress and stay within budget constraints

Requirements:

Salary: $1300 per month
