Executive Chef
We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at our renowned restaurant in Kolding. As the head of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and delicious dishes, managing kitchen operations and staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Design menus and create new dishes that showcase our restaurant's unique style
- Manage kitchen operations including inventory, ordering, and budgeting
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food preparation and quality
- Oversee food production to meet customer satisfaction and health standards
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving profitability
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a diverse team
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with different departments
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable depending on experience).
This position is open to all nationalities but requires candidates who are currently residing in Kolding. Visa sponsorship is not available.
