Experienced Barista for Indian Cafe in Al-Khor

We are a bustling Indian cafe located in the heart of Al-Khor and we are seeking an experienced barista to join our team. As a barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. You must have excellent customer service skills and be able to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista in a high-volume cafe or restaurant
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must have own visa or transferable visa
- Accommodation will be provided

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a smile and take their orders accurately
- Prepare hot and cold beverages according to customer requests
- Maintain cleanliness of the cafe, including the coffee station
- Ensure quality control by regularly checking beverage ingredients for freshness
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Upsell additional menu items to customers
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints
