Office Assistant - Herzliya, Israel
The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role will be responsible for answering calls, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining files, and assisting with various tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a positive attitude. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of $1200 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
- Communicate with clients or vendors via email or phone when necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certification or degree preferred
- Previous experience in an office setting is a plus but not required
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
