Senior Architect - Part Time (with Accommodation)


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our growing team in Roskilde. This part-time position offers a competitive salary of 1000$ per month, with the added benefit of accommodation provided.

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop innovative designs that meet their needs and budget while adhering to building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project design
- Create detailed architectural drawings using CAD software
- Develop project proposals, including budget estimates and timelines
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements
- Communicate project progress and updates to clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Lead the design process, including material selection, space planning, and construction details
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
- Oversee construction process to ensure design is implemented accurately

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
- Ability to lead a team of architects and designers
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, contractors, etc.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
