Job Title: Technical Support Specialist



We are currently hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Randers. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients for computer systems, software, and hardware issues. You will work closely with our clients to troubleshoot problems and provide timely resolutions.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or remote access tools
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and hardware for clients
- Train clients on the proper use of computer systems and software applications
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
- Document all client interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and hardware troubleshooting techniques
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on providing high-quality support services

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Relevant certifications (such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) is a plus
- Fluency in Danish is required; proficiency in English is preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work shifts as needed
