Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager
We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Odense. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates, as well as maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and actively promote the hotel
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including corporate accounts, travel agents, and event planners
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Create and present sales proposals to potential clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent service delivery for guests
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of revenue management principles
- Strong market knowledge of the hospitality industry in Odense
- Biometric passport required for international travel
