Back-End Developer


We are hiring a skilled Back-End Developer to join our growing team in Ufa. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the server-side of our web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. You will work closely with front-end developers, project managers, and designers to deliver quality products that meet our clients' needs. This position is suitable for men and does not require English proficiency. Accommodation will not be provided, but we offer a free visa and ticket for Kenyan applicants.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient and reliable server-side code
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, including concept, design, build, deploy, test, release, and support
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Implement data storage solutions using databases such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, Python, Ruby)
- Experience working with web frameworks (Node.js)
- Familiarity with front-end languages (HTML5/CSS3) and JavaScript frameworks (jQuery)
- Excellent understanding of relational databases (MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
- Experience developing RESTful APIs
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English preferred but not required
