Seasonal Concierge in Randers


We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Seasonal Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Randers. As a concierge, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their needs and providing exceptional service throughout their stay. This is a seasonal position, without accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and local attractions
- Make restaurant reservations, book tours, and arrange transportation for guests
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk area
- Assist with luggage handling when needed
- Keep up-to-date on local events, activities, and attractions to make recommendations to guests
- Provide personalized service to meet the specific needs of each guest
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle any complaints or issues that may arise during a guest's stay

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a concierge or in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the local area including restaurants, attractions, and transportation options
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to multitask and handle high-stress situations with ease
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Randers without sponsorship

Salary:
The salary for this seasonal position is 1100$ per month.
