CNC Operator

We are a leading manufacturing company located in Nakuru and we are currently seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components according to specifications. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in operating CNC machines, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and grinding.
- Read and interpret blueprints or drawings to determine the specifications of the component.
- Load raw materials into the machine and ensure that the machine is set up correctly.
- Monitor machine operations to detect any problems or malfunctions.
- Adjust machine settings as needed to ensure quality production.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure that they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.
- Knowledge of G-code programming language is preferred but not required.
- Attention to detail with good math skills.
- Physical stamina and strength to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team.

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
