DevOps Developer


A reputable tech company in Lahore is seeking a skilled DevOps Developer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and be able to work independently while also collaborating with other team members.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automation processes for software deployment and infrastructure management
- Implement and manage continuous integration and delivery pipelines
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of new features into existing systems
- Work closely with IT operations teams to ensure efficient use of resources and timely resolution of issues
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps methodologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a DevOps Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of automation tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Ruby
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this contract position.

Location:
The position is based in Lahore but remote work may be considered for the right candidate.
