Job Title: IT Support Specialist



We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team in Khanpur. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our users across various computer systems and software applications. Your role will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring new equipment, and maintaining our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to user requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure new equipment such as computers, printers, and routers
- Maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points
- Provide support for common business applications such as Microsoft Office
- Create user accounts and manage permissions on various systems
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or vendors as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networks, and common business applications
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems
- Experience with managing Windows environments including Active Directory
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical users
