Architectural Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Designer to join our team in Aalborg. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and designing innovative and functional architectural plans for various projects. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other team members to ensure that designs meet all necessary requirements and specifications. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in architectural design and possess a strong understanding of building codes and regulations. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$, open to candidates with their own visa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create architectural designs for commercial, residential, and industrial projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Work closely with engineers to ensure all designs meet safety standards and regulations
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies
- Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Present design proposals to clients and receive feedback for revisions
- Oversee project timelines and budgets
- Ensure designs are environmentally sustainable

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Creative thinking skills
