Network and Systems Administrator

The Network and Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our company's network and computer systems in Odense, Denmark. This individual will work closely with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our network and servers, as well as providing technical support to employees. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of networking and server technology.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email addresses, and security settings
- Install, configure, and update network hardware and software
- Provide technical support to employees for network and system-related issues
- Create and maintain documentation of network configurations and procedures
- Conduct regular backups of data to ensure data integrity
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments in networking technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience working as a Network or Systems Administrator
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs etc.
- Experience with Cisco or Juniper routers/switches/firewalls preferred
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently
- Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Salary: 1200$ per month (with accommodation provided)
