As a Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and integrity of online discussions and forums. Your main responsibility will be to monitor user-generated content to ensure it aligns with our community guidelines and standards. You will also be responsible for responding to user inquiries and resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on our online platforms
- Ensure all user-generated content aligns with our community guidelines and standards
- Respond to user inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve conflicts or issues between users
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community moderation

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inappropriate content
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations effectively
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluent in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

This position is located in Kolding, Denmark.
