As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online communities and forums. You will ensure that all user-generated content complies with community guidelines and maintain a positive and safe environment for all users. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on various online platforms such as forums, social media, and chat rooms
- Enforce community guidelines by removing inappropriate or offensive content
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for community growth and engagement
- Identify trends and issues within the community and report them to management
- Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for all users
- Handle escalated situations with sensitivity and empathy

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in community moderation or related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, online communities, and internet culture
- Excellent written communication skills in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High attention to detail with the ability to spot potential issues before they escalate
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle conflict resolution
- Professionalism when dealing with sensitive or controversial topics
