Contract Moderator for Online Community in Kolding, Denmark



We are seeking a talented and experienced Contract Moderator to join our online community based in Kolding, Denmark. As a moderator, you will be responsible for facilitating and managing discussions and interactions within our online platform. This is a contract position with the opportunity to work remotely or on-site, and includes accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content within our online community
- Enforce community guidelines and policies to ensure a positive and safe environment for all users
- Engage with users by responding to comments, questions, and concerns in a timely manner
- Identify and report any inappropriate or malicious behavior to the appropriate team members
- Collaborate with other moderators to develop strategies for community growth and engagement
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in moderating online communities

Requirements:
- Previous experience moderating an online community is required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with users from diverse backgrounds
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their features, and moderation tools
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues before they arise
- Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
- Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills are an asset but not required.
