Baker - English Speaking (Malayalee) in Dubai

We are seeking a skilled Baker with excellent English communication skills, specifically for Malayalees, to join our team in Dubai. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a professional bakery setting and possess a strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients. You must also have your own visa in order to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Bake various types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Decorate and finish products with glazes, icings, toppings, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Ensure all products meet quality standards
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker in a professional bakery setting
- Fluent English communication skills (specifically for Malayalees)
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Own visa in Dubai
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: 900$ per month
