Merchandiser (Esbjerg, Denmark)


As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products to potential customers in the Esbjerg area of Denmark. Your main goal will be to increase sales and profits through effective merchandising strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching displays and arrange products in an attractive manner to attract customers' attention
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available at all times
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and make recommendations on product selection and pricing
- Develop strong relationships with retail partners to ensure the best placement of products in stores
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, as well as competitor activities
- Communicate regularly with the sales team to coordinate promotions, new product launches, and other marketing activities
- Train store employees on product features and benefits, selling techniques, and proper merchandising practices

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Knowledge of retail operations, visual merchandising techniques, and market trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: 1500$ per month without accommodation. This position is open to all nationalities.
