Waiter/Waitress at a Upscale Restaurant in Esbjerg, Denmark



We are seeking a skilled and experienced waiter/waitress to join our team at an upscale restaurant in the beautiful city of Esbjerg, Denmark. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating their needs and attending to any requests or concerns
- Have a thorough knowledge of the menu and make recommendations to guests based on their preferences
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting tables and restocking supplies
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end restaurant is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Strong communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
