UX Designer

Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative UX Designer to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces and experiences for our digital products. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly designs and possess strong visual design skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create user personas, customer journey maps, and other artifacts to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Design intuitive user interfaces that align with the brand’s style guide.
- Develop interactive prototypes using tools like Adobe XD or Figma.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the final product meets design specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Sketch.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final products.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
