Back-End Developer (Wiltz, Luxembourg)

We are seeking a highly skilled Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side of our web-based applications. Your primary focus will be ensuring high performance and responsiveness of our applications, while also collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements into the applications.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and implement server-side architecture for web-based applications
- Write clean and efficient code that is maintainable and scalable
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements into applications
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Ensure the security and integrity of data by implementing proper encryption methods
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in back-end development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python or PHP
- Experience with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Familiarity with front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience working with Linux/Unix environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this full-time position. We also provide accommodation for foreign employees if needed. Candidates must have a biometric passport and be fluent in English.
