A well-established factory in Pula is seeking a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to operate various types of machines used in the production process, have a keen eye for detail, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain factory machines according to company procedures
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality output
- Perform regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards
- Troubleshoot and fix any machine malfunctions in a timely manner
- Keep records of machine maintenance and report any issues or concerns to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating machines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Factory Machine Operator or similar role
- Familiarity with different types of factory machines and their functions
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Good physical stamina and dexterity for operating machinery for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment

Salary: 1400$ monthly

This position is open for all nationalities. Part-time positions are also available.
